The North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) is a trade association of more than 625 foodservice equipment and supplies manufacturers, that provide products for food preparation, cooking, storage and table service. NAFEM's biennial trade show attracts approximately 20,000 foodservice professionals and features more than 600 North American manufacturers. Featured was Louise O'Sullivan, President of Prime Advantage, moderating an educational session entitled Get Out From Under Your Overhead. During this session, Ric Barton, Senior Lighting Specialist from General Electric and Robert Chipchak, Marketing Manager for Grainger, isolated on lighting and MRO specifically, and how controlling overhead costs can lead to economic and productivity gains.
