Prime Advantage Spring Conference 2012
Dates: April 25-27 (Wednesday-Friday)

All packages will be handled by Event Operations Department in Renaissance.

Due to limited storage space, packages may be delivered to the hotel 3 working days prior to the Conference.

To ensure your materials are sorted and delivered properly, please include the following information on all packages:

*please make sure to state your Booth Number on the shipping label, the hotel will deliver your packages directly to your booth on Wednesday, April 25. Click here to see the Supplier Booth Roster (login required).

The hotel cannot be responsible for handling of freight material. Any item over 250 pounds must be delivered to the event location by a drayage company. This includes heavy machinery or large equipment used for the event.

Tracking of Packages
It is recommended that the individual expecting packages at the Renaissance obtain the necessary tracking numbers from the shipper prior to arrival to speed up the tracking process of any packages that may become lost before reaching Renaissance.

Shipping back to your office
The Event Operations Department will assist you with return shipment of your packages.  An Event Operations representative will need to inspect all outgoing materials prior to taking possession of them for shipping.

Please ensure that each box is properly labeled and a completed shipping form has been completed.

Boxes left on premises for longer than three weeks after departure or without shipping instructions will be discarded.

We recommend bringing your own airbills for your own carrier service.
