CPSM/CPM/APP Credit
ISM Credit Request Form. This original form is to be submitted only when applying to ISM for Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) recertification, Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (A.P.P.) reaccreditation or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). It documents your attendance at Prime Advantage 2012 Spring Conference.

NAFEM CFSP Credit

APICS Credit 
APICS members may apply for CE (Continuing Education) credits for various portions of the 2011 Prime Advantage Spring Conference. Please refer to the Certification Maintenance section of the APICS website:http://www.apics.org/Certification/Maintenance/ - for further information and for copies of the Professional Development Journal form required for tracking CE points.
