Discount on American Airlines Flights

We have secured a 5% discount on American Airlines flights for travel to and from our Conference. Flights must be booked to the Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) with travel dates from April 19 to May 1, 2012. Enter code 3542BY in the Promotion Code box when booking your ticket on www.aa.com or by calling the American Airlines booking number at 1-800-433-1790. The percentage discount can be booked for American Airlines and American Eagle flights only.

A reservation service charge of $25.00 USD per ticket will apply for tickets purchased through American Airlines Reservations, subject to change. For airport purchase the service charge is $35.00 USD per ticket, subject to change. If purchase will be outside the US50/Canada, ticketing charge varies and will be in the currency of the country of purchase. At this time, there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed at www.aa.com.

Discount on Delta Airlines Flights

We have secured discount options on Delta Airlines flights for travel to and from our Conference. The discount percentage will vary from 2% to 10% by booking fare class types. The discount applies to roundtrip travels only.

• Discounts applicable to U.S./Canada originating passengers
• Discount not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons or promotional offers; not all fares are eligible for use with this discount offer, the fare rules will determine eligibility
• The discount may not apply to fares that are less than $250USD/$250CAD base round trip
