Shipping to the Spring Conference
Each box should be addressed to the person that will be claiming the box at the Conference. George Fern Company will be handling all incoming and outgoing shipments for Prime Advantage Suppliers.
DO NOT SEND BOXES TO THE ATTENTION OF A PRIME ADVANTAGE STAFF MEMBER. Please ensure that your boxes are labeled as follows:

Making shipping arrangements with George Fern:
- Download shipping forms to fill out and fax it back to George Fern
- Using above label, ship your items using your preferred carrier account
- George Fern will deliver your shipments to your booth directly according to your label on Wednesday April 21
Returning Shipment:
- George Fern representative will be on-site on Friday after one-on-one meetings to help you ship your items back to your office, however, it is the responsibility of the individual to pay for and make arrangements for pick-up of any out bound packages. It is recommended to bring your own air-bills if you have a corporate account with certain carrier.
