POLICIES / DEADLINES

Registration

• Late Registration: September 18 – Conference  

Registration Cancellation

• Registration cancellation received by September 20th, 2009: A refund will be issued less the cancellation fee ($100).
• Registration cancellation received after September 20th, 2009: No refund will be issued

Hotel Reservation

All rooms will be reserved under the attendee’s name. You will be responsible for room nights requested on your registration form. Reservation cancellations received after September 20th will not be accepted. Any cancellations after this date will still be charged the full amount for the rooms as they were originally requested on the registration form. Prime Advantage will not be responsible for cancellation fees on any room.

All cancellations and changes to your registration must be submitted in writing via email or mail to either Soyeon Schock (sschock@primeadvantage.com) or Jessica Martin (jmartin@primeadvantage.com).  Please note:  This includes changes to hotel reservations.  The hotel will not take cancellation requests from individual attendees.
