One bedroom Suite (Suppliers): $154 a night (plus 15.01% sales tax per night) Single/Double occupants
One Bed Guest Room (All other attendees): $154 a night (plus 15.01% sales tax per night) Single/Double occupants
$164 a night (plus tax) triple occupants
$174 a night (plus tax) for quadruple occupants

Suppliers who are exhibiting in their suites will have an option for late checkout (before 6pm) on Thursday evening to allow for the suite meetings to conclude. The charge will be a half room rate of $77.00 plus tax.

• Gratuity and Bellmen fees are not included in the room rate and are at your discretion
• Parking is available:  Self - $12/night;  Valet - $18/night

Reservation Cancellation:
Room reservations cancelled after September 20, 2009 will not be accepted. Individual attendees will be charged the full amount of the room rate for the entire stay — including no-shows. Prime Advantage will not be responsible for the cancellation fees on any room.
