All Conference Sponsorships include:

  • optional MyPrimeAdvantage advertisement for up to two months
  • sponsor ribbon on badge
  • recognition in handbook as a sponsor
  • recognition in general meetings
  • signs at the Welcome reception and Closing Ceremony
  • logistics coordinated and arranged by Prime Advantage

Thursday Night Sponsorship Photo

Thursday Night Activity/Dinner - $7,500
The ultimate sponsorship level is an evening event for up to four sponsors. The evening will include a team building activity and dinner for all the conference attendees as well as any registered guests. Your sponsorship will get your company name at the event as well as on all marketing material for the Thursday evening activity.

Handbook Back Cover Photo

        All Attendees - $4000
Get your logo and company information on the back of the handbook.  The handbooks are used by Members and Suppliers throughout the Conference and after they get back to the office. 

Lunch Sponsorship Photo

Lunch - $2500 each
Use the captive audience to display a PowerPoint slide show with your company and or product information on two screens in the room (no sound will be projected).  The presentation will be set up to run through the slides of your choosing (approved by Prime Advantage).  Your company name will also be displayed as the Sponsor of the lunch.

Lanyard Photo

For: Member Attendees Only - $2250
        All Attendees - $2750
Your company name or logo will appear with the Prime Advantage name on all of Member or Attendee lanyards. Attendees are required to wear their name badges to all events, meetings and activities.  The lanyards will be included in the registration packet received upon checking in at the Conference.

A great Louisville item!  Your company name or logo will be printed along the side.  Imprint area: 1-1/8” w x 7/8" h.  The key chain will be included in the registration packet attendees receive upon checking in at the Conference.

Break Sponsorship Photo

Three breaks are available for sponsorship at the Spring Conference. Break sponsors will have signs displayed around the food with their company names.  Napkins will also be placed out on the tables with the company logo.  Promotional items or giveaways can also be added to the tables around the break area (these additional items are provided by the sponsor). 

Luggage Tags Photo

This is the only item that will be mailed to attendees before they arrive at the Conference.  The tags, which will have your name or company logo printed on the back, will be sent with the confirmation packets in February.  There are 13 different colors to choose from including several bright options for easy identification.  Imprint area is 1 3/4” x 3 1/4”.

Business Card Holder Photo

This is perfect for Members to use to carry their own business cards as well as to collect yours.  These vinyl cases have two pockets for cards, one clear and one opaque.  Imprint area is 1 3/4” x 3 1/4”.

Hand Sanitizer Photo

Keep everyone happy and healthy with these sanitizer wipes.  This resealable pouch contains 15 antibacterial wipes with a lavender scent.  Your logo will be printed on the front of the pouch.  Package colors:  blue, lime green, purple, silver, orange.  Imprint area: 2 3/4” x 1 1/2".  The sanitizer pouch will be included in the registration packet attendees receive upon checking in at the Conference.
Breath Mints Photo

Everyone enjoys breath mints.  These mints come in a reusable tin with a lid.  Your logo will be printed on the top cover.  Package colors:  silver, white, black, red, yellow, blue, and green.  Imprint area: 1 5/8” diameter.  The mints will be included in the registration packet attendees receive upon checking in at the Conference.
