Shipping to the Hotel:
Each box should be addressed to the person that will be claiming the box at the hotel. DO NOT SEND BOXES TO THE ATTENTION OF A PRIME ADVANTAGE STAFF MEMBER. Please ensure that your boxes are labeled as follows:

Moving Boxes at the Hotel:
Standard Package Delivery
Letter/small box (8x8x2 or less) – No charge
Box (12x18x2 or less) - $5.00 per box
Box/Display Case: Less than 75lbs - $10.00 per box
Greater than 75lbs - $25.00 per box
Freightliner Deliveries
Freighted Skid/Crate (4x4x4): Less than 250lbs - $75.00 per Skid/Crate
Greater than 250lbs - $150.00 per Skid/Crate

- All Packages stored at the hotel in excess of 14 days will be charged a daily rate of $5.00 per day.
- Any packages sent to the attention of Prime Advantage staff will be billed to your room.
