POLICIES / DEADLINES

Registration

• Early Bird Registration : Now - January 28
• Standard Registration : January 29 - March 3      
• Late Registration closes : March 4 -  Conference

Registration cancellation

• Registration cancellation received by March 20th, 2008: A refund will be issued with the deduction of cancellation fee ($150)
• Registration cancellation received after March 20th, 2008 : No refund will be issued

All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing via email, or mail to Prime Advantage.

Hotel Reservation

All rooms will be reserved under the attendee’s name.  You will be responsible for room nights requested on your registration form.  Reservation cancellation after March 20th will not be accepted.  Individual attendees who cancel after March 20th will still be charged the full amount for the rooms they requested.  Prime Advantage will not be responsible for cancellation fees on any room.

Reservation cancellation must be submitted to Soyeon Schock (Sschock@primeadvantage.com), or Jessica Martin (jmartin@primeadvantage.com). The hotel will not take cancellation from individual attendees by direct contact.
