BOOTH SETUP
Back by popular demand, booth meetings have returned!
In Louisville one-on-one meetings will be taking place in Supplier booths rather than suites. Each booth will be 10ft wide x 8ft deep with an 8 foot tall curtain on each side.
Each booth space will include:
- 6’x2’ table, 2 chairs and trash can in each booth
- Sign with Supplier’s name and booth number
- Power outlet & extension cord (one per booth)
- Wireless internet connection in the meeting room
- Extra chairs will be available in the meeting room

- When can I set up my booth?
Suppliers will be given time after the joint session with Members on Wednesday evening to enter the ballroom and decorate/set up the booth space.
- What is my booth number?
As we get closer to the conference, booth layout with company name and booth assignments will be posted on our website.
- Can I bring pop-ups or other accessories we use for trade shows?
